Change of Address

All requests for change of mailing address for tax documents must be made in writing and include the signature(s) of all of the property owners on record. Please include the SBL# for each property, as well as the complete new mailing address with your request.

Please mail or fax a Request for Change of Mailing Address (PDF) to the Assessor's Office.
