Fee Requirements

The follow must apply:

  • All applications must be referrals from the Building Department.
  • All fees are subject to the escrow deposit policy: they will be replenished to 100% of original escrow deposit when level drops to 25% remaining in the account.
  • The Engineer Inspection Escrow Deposit and all public improvements including site inspection and review will be replenished to 100% of original escrow deposit when level drops to 25% remaining in the account.
