COLLECTION OF TAXES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I, Danielle Cherubini, Tax Collector, of the Town of Marlborough, Ulster County, New York, have duly received the TAX ROLL AND WARRANT for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year 2026 and that I will receive the taxes on the roll as follows:
I will receive taxes at the Town Hall of Marlborough, 21 Milton Turnpike, Milton, New York from 8:00AM to 12:30PM and 1:30PM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday beginning January 2, 2026.
The office will be open for your convenience on Saturday, January 31, 2026 and from 9:00AM to 12:00PM to accommodate the Townspeople on the sale of 2026 Transfer Station permits and to collect property tax payments.

NO PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY
1% Penalty will be charged for the month of February
2% Penalty will be charged for the month of March
3% Penalty will be charged for the month of April
4% Penalty will be charged for the month of May
TAKE FURTHUR NOTICE THAT, pursuant to law, the tax roll of the Town of Marlborough will be returned to the County Commissioner of Finance in the County of Ulster on the 1st day of June 2026.
*Please note, the preferred method of payment for property tax is check or money order by mail, or online by visiting https://taxes.townofmarlboroughny.gov. We do accept in person payments, if paying in cash it must be exact. Please be sure to provide us with your tax bill for all transactions.
